(limit 5 people - $10.00 per night for extra adult) Holiday rates: Dec. 20th, 2010 thru Jan. 2nd, 2011 Tree House $140.00 per night (rate based on 4 people, limit 5 people - $10.00 per night for extra adult) Detailed Description of Property: Montezuma house right on the beach only 3 minutes walk to the center of town. 2 Master bedrooms with 1 double bed in each room (also one single can be added for separate sleeping arrangements or 1 extra person ($10.00 per night extra)) and a private bathroom, nice and spacious terrace with kitchen and hang-out area, maid-service available, safe, out-door barbeque The swimming-pool is shared with two other units. The garden house is surrounded with lots of trees. The view at the swimming-pool is spectacular. The beach right in front is good for swimming.
