The 2 bedroom suites upstairs via outside private staircase, have a queen bed (and double sized bed tucked under the Queen bed when not in use).The first floor bedroom has a king size bed. There are 3 bathrooms and a powder room or pool changing bathroom. he rate is based on 6 adults. The villa also features a fully equipped kitchen and bar, spacious living-room area, fitness area, telephone. The swimming-pool is shared with 2 more units. Huge outdoor-barbeque with refrigerator, computer-office, daily maid-service, lots of extras. This Beach Villa is one of the most popular places to stay in Montezuma. For groups, 15 people can sleep comfortably in the 3 houses: beach villa, beach house and tree house.
