For those who surf, Santa Teresa's best peak, "Las Palmas," is right in front. This new contemporary home was designed by Los Angeles architect Michael Poirier. The clean lines and open floor plan offer the ultimate in indoor/outdoor living. The chef's kitchen is fully appointed with stainless appliances and the bathrooms feature Hansgrohe fixtures and ceiling-mounted rain showers. Most importantly, all bedrooms have individually controlled air conditioning. In addition, ceiling fans are located throughout the house. We have just completed the construction of our beautiful new beachfront infinity edge pool and adjoining guest house/cabana. The Luxury Beachfront Estate is located within walking distance of the luxurious Flor Blanca resort and the village's numerous restaurants and shops.
