The house consists of five spacious free standing, individually decorated and private casitas. Each casita has its own tropical décor, situated on over seven acres of private beachfront property located near the bustling beach town of Santa Teresa on the Southern tip of the Nicoya Peninsula in Costa Rica. The two Master Suites include dining and living room areas with King size beds and one or two daybeds, the 3 Junior Suites have either King or Queen size beds. The Guestroom also has a Queen size bed with air conditioning and is conveniently located adjacent to the main clubhouse/kitchen building, suitable for the elderly or handicapped.
