In addition to the stated nightly rate, a 13% tax will be charged on top of the total rate in accordance with the Costa Rican hospitality law.

- All bedrooms have ceiling fans and sliding glass doors to terrace which leads to beach or pool
- 7 Bathrooms, most have their own bathrooms
- Around the pool is a large deck and 2 "Ranchos" (day beds with straw roof) for relaxing, reading, snoozing or socializing and simply a place where you can have a nice cold drink after a hard day's sunbathing or surfing
- Hammocks hang here and there. Outdoor showers and footbaths are here and there
- Integrated speakers and projector with large screen for movies polished white concrete floors throughout, some bedrooms have wooden floor
- Gourmet kitchen (Viking), Dishwasher (KitchenAid), 2 large stainless steel Fridge/Freezers, polished white concrete kitchen surfaces, doors in beautiful hardwood, blender, juicer, coffeemaker and French Press
- Unlimited fresh coconut water for your pleasure
- 7 horses, 4 of which are ride able as the others have young foals
- There are wonderful howler monkeys who visit bringing their babies to eat from our fruit trees, loads of iguanas, wonderful birdlife

This amazing, newly renovated house is the "coolest" house in Santa Teresa. Oozing elegance and chic - it is at the same time very relaxed, comfortable and extremely beautiful.

We are right on the beach in front the best Surf on the Northern, most exclusive part of Santa Teresa beach. Our exquisite sunsets are famous.
Situated on 2,5 hectares of land (about 6 acres) this very charming estate has 120 metres of beachfront and is near FlorBlanca, Latitude 10 and Milarepa, featured in Voque's Most Exclusive Hotels.
It is the largest beach house in Malpais County, measuring approx. 600 sq.m. (6,000 sq.ft.) whilst still maintaining an intimate coziness. Living room measures 240sq.m.(approx. 2,400 sq.ft.)
