Known to have some of the world’s most beautiful beaches, as Santa Teresa stretches north, it grows more intimate, more pristine, and more exclusive. MAISON MARAZUL is located on the northernmost edge of Santa Teresa. We chose this location to build our dream retreat for its exquisite location. Completed in 2012 - MAISON MARAZUL is a rarified private vacation home experience. Conceived as a modern take on Moroccan cool, the villa was carefully sited under the canopy of the existing old growth trees, yet right on the oceanfront. The home's interior is completely custom, from the individual furnishings to the alabaster hued venetian plaster walls and smooth concrete floors. Casually luxurious, understated, elegant and upscale, MAISON MARAZUL is designed to address the aesthetic preferences of the more discerning traveler. The infinity pool sits at the edge of the raised deck, with the ocean's horizon as a 'sweet spot' view. Beautiful sunsets can be enjoyed right from the poolside deck or by taking a stroll down to the beach, directly in front of the house. Beach chaises and hammocks are provided on site, at the ocean's edge. MAISON MARAZUL offers 2 Master Suites, both opening to an adjoining outdoor deck, with en-suite luxury bathrooms, featuring open sky showers. The adjoining guest-house (3rd Bedroom) comes fully equipped with a queen size bed and large ocean view deck that includes an outdoor kitchen. All furnishings are individually designed in the modern Moorish style of the home, and crafted locally. Our on-call concierge can arrange everything from your travel transfers, to private in-home chefs, yoga lessons, or activities, and is available throughout the duration of your stay. Unique to the MAISON MARAZUL is our adjacent access to HOTEL FLORBLANCA's premier amenities, including the restaurant, bar, pilates studio, yoga classes, gym and spa services. Steps further down the beach is the Milarepa Hotel and Restaurant. Although we have a fully equipped kitchen, you may choose never to cook, as some of the best available local dining is only a very short walk away. There is nothing quite like a moonlit stroll down the beach to enjoy a wonderful meal, or a morning walk to a yoga class in a beautiful place like Santa Teresa. Photo Gallery:        |
