Detailed Description of Property: Villa Toscana is the ideal vacation retreat for adult couples, travelling with or without children or other family members, who seek the amenities of a luxury boutique hotel without the presence of other guests. The villa offers two top-floor master bedroom suites, fully soundproofed and separated by an open-air lounge and two balconies. Each suite is air-conditioned and features sumptuous king-sized handcrafted beds and walk-in closets, with stone tiled ensuites fitted with double showers and vessel sinks. Between the master suites, the lounge area opens to the upper sundeck, the ideal spot for wildlife viewing or suntanning in total solitude and privacy. The third bedroom, located on the main floor, is furnished with two queen beds. The adjoining main floor bathroom features a huge shower open to the tropical sky, along with a separate powder room with a hand-painted sink. The villa comfortably sleeps 8 - 10 people. The spacious kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a large side-by-side refrigerator/freezer and gas cooktop, as well as coffeemaker, blender, cookware and dishes for up to eight guests. The adjoining great room and bar is comfortably furnished in leather, with a Bose-powered sound system set up for your I-pod, cd's or other media. The patio features a large wood-fired barbecue perfect for grilling the catch of the day. The patio, freeform pool and teakwood yoga platform are all designed to allow guests to relax in complete and total privacy, while enjoying the sounds of nature and the cooling breezes from the ocean.
