The Villa is available to rent 3-4 nights on other dates than December, first two weeks of January, and Easter.
Rate per night: $600 a night- can sleep 8 people.

Perfect for a family of 6 and One guest couple, or 3 couples + 2 kids altogether
Private downstairs suite: One queen sized bed and shared bathroom
Upstairs master bedroom contains 2 full queen beds with private double shower/ bathroom
Third bedroom sleeps 2 on two twin beds, private bathroom

Villa Chez is tucked away in the hills above Montezuma. The Villa offers tropical luxury at its finest, with a brand new home remodelation, pool and new furniture. This Villa can accommodate a large family or several couples.

The home sits upon a hilltop at the end of a long 3 + acre property, which ensures absolute privacy and tranquility. White faced monkies and parrots can be seen on a daily basis.

Plenty of deck space near the pool could become the backdrop for a very special wedding party. There is ample room downstairs for entertaining.
