Sleeps: 12-16Rates: All seasons: $3500/week With a minimum one week stay Location: Santa Teresa Details: This property, named after the giant pochoto tree located on the property, is situated right in the middle of Santa Teresa Beach, in front of the best surf break, on five palm-covered acres. The four bedrooms in the villa all have a queen-size bed plus a single per room. The bedrooms are all air-conditioned and have their own private bathrooms. The Rancho sit on stilts with a kitchen and a pool-table. A large bedroom is upstairs with two queens and is served by its own bathroom. The Rancho is not air conditioned, but lovely and airy. There is daily maid service, individual safes in all rooms, pool table, a Yoga Dojo, a Massage Tent and a caretaker on the property. The property sleeps 12 plus.
