Location: Santa TeresaAccomodating: 12-16 people Rates: All seasons: $4000/week With a minimum one week stay Detailed Description of Property: This property is situated right in the middle of Santa Teresa Beach, in front of the best surf break, on five palm-covered acres. The four bedrooms in the rancho all have a queen-size bed plus a single per room. The bedrooms are all air-conditioned and have their own private bathrooms. The Rancho sit on stilts with a kitchen and a pool-table. A large bedroom is upstairs with two queens and is served by its own bathroom. The Rancho is not air conditioned, but lovely and airy.
