Casa Madera is a locally designed, beautiful teak house located in Santa Teresa and only 2 minutes walk from one of the best beaches and tide pools of the area. The home is centrally located with the best beaches, surf breaks, restaurants and supermarkets only a few footsteps away and yet are surrounded by tropical nature in the beautifully designed garden surrounding the home. Casa Madera is unique in that it has 2 completely self sufficient living areas and is perfect for a wedding family or group. It can be rented as 1 large house or 2 separate units depending on availability. The upper area is a large open space completely designed in teak and bamboo. The tall ceilings create a spacious, tropical feel with a room consisting of its own kitchen, queen bed, hot water shower, a comfortable sitting area and opens to a large outside deck. The lower unit includes 3 modest bedrooms with double bed in each, a central living room, bathroom with hot water shower, fully equipped kitchen and a patio area outside. The bedroom are charmingly furnished in wood and bamboo. Outside , a large patio shaded by a palm front roof, create the perfect space to relax in one of the hammocks.
