The house is made of local teak wood with one bedroom upstairs with a half bath, and another bedroom downstairs with a full bath. You don't need air conditioning because you are so close to the beach you get the fresh ocean breeze to keep you cool. You can walk for miles and miles on the beach exploring tide pools. After about ten minutes you get to the center of town where you find shopping and restaurants. Are you a surfer? There is a great point break in front of the house. The little village of Mal Pais is close by with its fishing boats. Sushi every night! Sit on the veranda and enjoy the ocean crashing on the rocks and watch the sunset.
